We shot SOCAPA session 2′s video at this amazing amphitheater. It was hot out but the girls made it work to miike snow’s “Silvia”.

Video shoot for Socapa
We shot the first video for SOCAPA (school of cinema and performing arts) session 2 a couple days ago. I used basement jaxx’s “Breakaway” and themed it with being bored in school and busting loose!
Not only did I conceptualize and choreograph the shoot, I also styled it.

Letters to Justine
I’ve had the privilege of working a lot of young talent from all over the world. I just got done teaching the first session at the School of Cinema & Performing Arts as well as my final recital at Camarillo Academy. I was so touched by some of these letters – of the impact I had on them – that I had to share. I kept their names out for their consideration.
2 great shows this week – Club11 & Spot5750
Had 2 great shows this week I choreographed for my Flirt Dancers.
First up was Club Posers. It was Beyonce this month and I had a fierce flirt girl as her impersonator, ms. Eliotte Nicole. and I even had powerhouse Derrell Bullock as Jay-Z for a small cameo. The girls nailed it!

Saturday night was Spot5750 for the Ladies in Lace burlesque show – hosted by the producers of Choreographer’s Carnival. Flirt made a guest appearance and did a sassy, funky, contemporary jazz piece to Lady Gaga’s “Marry the Night”

SOCAPA Summer Arts-LA Final Showcase today
Me & my TA Courtney with all the SOCAPA girls – Was great watching them perform CJ Edward’s routine “So Much Betta”, Courtney’s routine “Stone”, my routine “Cosmic Love” & their final group piece “Drop Dead” – They also filmed a music video for Drop Dead which I will be posting in the next week 
Beginning rehearsals for POSERS (Beyonce)
Flirt is performing at POSERS on Wednesday, July 13th and we are having so much fun already in rehearsals. Eliotte Nicole is playing my Beyonce – we’re performing “Deja Vu” – and this girl is UNCANNY to B! Can’t wait to see the performance-

We shot a video for “Drop Dead Beautiful” by Britney Spears at the LA River. I styled all the girls in costumes from goodwill – shredded up and made dirty Thanks to Courtney Zemke, my lovely assistant.
Started teaching at School of Creative & Performing Arts
This summer I will be teaching at SOCAPA (School of Cinema & Performing Arts) that is held at the Occidental College in Los Angeles. Very happy to be running a full dance intensive consisting of jazz, hip hop and contemporary dance. We will also be shooting a dance video each session so I will have some great pictures and shots to add to the collection
New management
Just recently was taken on as a developing choreographer by Jim Keith with the Movement Management for their choreography/dance education division. Really excited to continue & build this relationship with a wonderful team.
